fill the full-time position (100%) of Junior Trader and Market Intelligence Analyst, for our Raw Materials
& Fertilizers Business Unit, in our office in Zurich. As Junior Trader and Market Intelligence Analyst you
will be assisting in Traders with trading operations and provide them with the necessary market research.

Responsibilities
•
assisting in trading operations which includes but is not limited to:
o onboarding new customers and suppliers
o issuing and sending trade confirmations, contracts, and agency agreements
o maintaining position list
o following trade executions with the Operations team
o resolving any arising issues from the Commercial side
o coordinating with chartering brokers on new fixtures
o day-to-day communications with the Risk management team
o cost and profit and loss control
o developing new trading projects and routes
o developing and maintaining Global supply and demand list
o assisting traders with market research
Experience & Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Energy and Trade Finance, Economics, or related business field
•

•
2-3 years minimum prior experience in a similar role dealing with logistics or physical commodity
movements
Knowledge of Incoterms, Import/Export Procedures & Documents
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Fluency in English; proficient communication skills both written and verbal any additional
language such as Russian will be an added value
•
Time Management i.e. punctuality; Stress Management/Composure.

performed)

Technical Capacity and strategic thinking (attention to detail, knowledge of commodity logistics
terminology and processes)
