To be customer focus with service excellence. To maintain good relationship with customers and airport authorities. To prepare GD, Hotel accommodations, transportations and flight documents. To coordinate with Airport authorities on immigration, customs, safety and security matters. To coordinate with Aircraft facilitators, operators, and any other handling teams. To handle the Department Duty Phone, Walkie Talkie, VHF radio and voice drop. To supervise arrival and departure operations at Changi Airport. To update Aircraft Movements and report to respective stations. To prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports for the department. To maintain, update manuals and documentations. To report any irregularity and take appropriate actions. To help and assist in ramp operations when needed. Must be able to work shift and ad-hoc duties. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in Aviation and/or Customer Service is preferred.
