Aircraft Licensed Engineer / Deputy Supervisor At SR Technics, we are committed to excellence, safety, and innovation in aircraft maintenance. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Aircraft Engineer (EASA Part-66 B1/B2) to join our dynamic team. Applicants in the process of obtaining an AML will be also considered. This position includes responsibilities as a Deputy Supervisor, offering the opportunity to lead, mentor, and make a real impact on our operational success. As an Aircraft Licensed Engineer / Deputy Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customer aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. You will also support the Supervisor in coordinating team activities, mentoring colleagues, and helping to drive continuous improvement across our operations. Your tasks
Ensure all maintenance is performed in accordance with EASA regulations, company procedures, and manufacturer documentation.
Promote a strong Safety Culture and ensure compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS) and Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE).
Support the Supervisor in managing day-to-day operations.
Lead the team in the Supervisor’s absence, coordinating tasks and ensuring efficient workflows.
Act as a mentor to junior engineers and apprentices, supporting development and adherence to high standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airworthiness data and regulatory changes.
Ensure aircraft are delivered on time and in airworthy condition.
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, supervisors, and external customers.
Uphold environmental and hygiene standards as per internal procedures.
Contribute to the achievement of KPIs and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
Your Profile
Valid A320 EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 License (Applicants in the process of obtaining an AML will be also considered.)
Solid understanding of aviation safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Fluent in English (minimum level B2), both spoken and written.
Strong organizational skills, efficient jobs planning.
Strong entrepreneurial thinking, leadership potential, with the ability to motivate and guide others at an operational level.
High level of customer focus and a solutions-oriented mindset. Cost analytic thinking.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure. Autonomous and responsible in his area of expertise.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital maintenance tools
