The Human Resources Services Advisor is the first point of contact for assigned client groups and acts with considerable independence, discretion, judgment and initiative in providing timely and accurate information and advice on policies, procedures, administrative and operational issues and collective agreements. This position is M-F business hours and has a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site and 2 remote) after fully trained. Key Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact for any service related questions from recruitment, managers, employees and other HR team members and taking care of HR requests until closure (end to end including tracking and tracing). Create high end user experience. Provide best in class customer service, aiming to quickly resolve queries and issues, always striving to go the extra mile. Be knowledgeable of the business operation and the structure of the business, including key contacts. Provide ad-hoc support and advice in the delivery of HR calendar events. Monitor quality of transactional work produced by the Hubs, along with key HR Service metrics Proactive advisory on “how to” for HR Business Partners and line managers Have regular contact and reviews with HR Teams for assigned areas Demonstrate awareness of the business area supported, site and local HR strategies and challenges and where collaboration is needed for site specific projects Maintain working knowledge of Global and Site specific HR policies and procedures Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required- preferred in Human Resources or related HR Certification a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office products, HRIS experience (Workday) preferred Previous experience working in a human resources position (ticket management and employee relations preferred).
