We are seeking a highly collaborative, strategically and operationally sound Head of Integrated Marketing to lead the cross-functional orchestration of brand- and seasonal campaign initiatives across all marketing channels. This marketing leadership role focuses on ensuring strong alignment between teams, clear campaign frameworks, and smart resource planning — all to deliver marketing initiatives that are insight-led, brand-consistent, and business-impactful.
You will lead a team of five: three Integrated Marketing Leads who drive the development of cross-functional campaigns, one Collaboration Marketing Lead overseeing brand partnerships, and one Consumer and Brand Insights Manager supporting with data and strategic input. While channel leads own the execution itself, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall integration and cohesion of work across the marketing ecosystem.
This position is temporary for one year and the ideal start date would be August 1, 2025.

Your responsibilities
Cross-Functional Campaign Leadership Lead the strategic development and cross-functional coordination of major marketing campaigns in alignment with the company’s marketing calendar and business priorities. Guide three Integrated Marketing Leads in managing end-to-end campaign planning, ensuring each campaign brings together the right teams and messages across all touchpoints Coach the Collaboration Marketing Lead to develop strategic brand partnership campaigns that align with the overall marketing calendar and enhance broader brand and business objectives Work with the Consumer Insights Manager to ensure campaigns are grounded in audience understanding, performance insights, and measurable goals Strategic Alignment & Orchestration Act as the central connector between upstream strategic work, and downstream executional work, ensuring cross-channel consistency and cohesion in messaging, timing, and consumer experience. Facilitate alignment between channel owners (e.g., CRM, media, content, retail, social) to deliver cohesive and coordinated marketing activations Represent marketing within the broader Go-To-Market process, identifying risks, surfacing mitigation points, and ensuring marketing is fully integrated in cross-functional launch plans Resource Planning & Campaign Governance Oversee the allocation of cross-functional marketing resources, ensuring campaigns are appropriately supported based on complexity, business value, and timing Establish and maintain shared campaign planning structures, tools, and templates to create clarity and efficiency in the marketing development process Coach the team on how to navigate campaign development from brief through to execution, providing input on strategy, stakeholder alignment, and approvals Insights, Learning & Continuous Improvement Ensure campaign reporting and post-mortem learnings are documented and shared to continually improve marketing performance Partner closely with insights, brand, and commercial teams to apply key learnings to future campaign planning and execution Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team of integrated marketers and specialists Act as a trusted partner to the Marketing Leadership Team, collaborating to shape and evolve marketing strategies Manage external agencies and partners as needed to support campaign integration and delivery

Your profile
10–12+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on multi-channel, integrated campaign development and cross-functional leadership responsibilities Proven experience leading teams that work across multiple channels and stakeholders Strategic thinker with excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills Strong understanding of campaign planning, brand strategy, and the customer journey Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving alignment across diverse teams, across functional domains, and timelines Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
