As a Controller– Service Center you will be a key partner to SR Technics’ management, providing critical financial insights for functions like IT, Quality, Commercial, Finance, HR, Corporate, Legal, Holding, and other company-wide fixed costs. Your analysis and leadership will play a pivotal role in cost control and decision-making at the highest levels. Your tasks
Lead and support the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports, offering in-depth analysis and recommendations to senior management
Take ownership of the forecasting process, driving accuracy and continuous improvements
Spearhead the annual budgeting & business planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Provide strategic financial insights to stakeholders across all levels and functions, enabling effective decision-making
Drive transparent, self-explanatory cost analysis, fostering a culture of financial responsibility
Lead continuous improvements of financial tools and reports, contributing to greater efficiency and decision support
Conduct advanced ad-hoc analysis, business case evaluations, and special assignments to support business growth
Coaching and supporting junior team members
Focus on supporting financial controlling of the IT department of our company
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance or higher (MBA or equivalent preferred)
5+ years of relevant experience in a senior financial function, with a proven track record of creating impact and delivering result-oriented work
Experience in an industrial environment highly preferred
Fluent in English; German is a plus
Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in financial modeling
Strong working knowledge of SAP modules and financial analysis tools
Exceptional analytical abilities, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
A client-focused, service-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
