As a Junior Communications Specialist you will:
Be responsible for supporting global communication activities with a strong focus on digital communications. The role includes creating and implementing communication solutions and content that effectively position SR Technics as a brand and desirable employer towards its target audiences (employees and talents, customers and prospects, business partners) in alignment with the company strategy. Your tasks
Support creation of engaging and impactful core messages and content, while ensuring consistency with corporate messaging
Write, edit, and publish articles for internal and external communication channels; write news and emails on behalf of Senior Management
Maintain content on Intranet and website, managing company social media accounts
Assist team in logistic and operational tasks, planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
Collect data and maintain databases; prepare presentations and reports
Keep the office database and fill system up to date and organized
Purchase office supplies and work with vendors
Work on design to produce design visuals, graphic materials of all kinds, videos etc. for various communication channels (Canva, Photoshop etc…)
Develop and edit corporate presentations
Support in event organization
Translation of materials with provided online software (English, German)
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree, marketing and communications field is a plus
1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or communication roles
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal) in English (C2) and German is another plus
Experience in internal communications, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment, is an advantage
Advanced MS Office/Outlook and proficient in design software e.g. Photoshop, InDesign; video editing experience is a plus
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
