Your position Provide first-level IT support to users, handling daily inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving basic technical issues. Document and escalate technical issues appropriately. Support maintenance of IT equipment and user accounts. Assist in monitoring IT systems and perform routine checks. Work collaboratively within an international team environment. Your profile Recent graduate, student (internship), or individuals looking to start their career in IT. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) required. Additional German skills advantageous but not required, any further languages also considered a plus. Basic understanding or strong interest in IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting. Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. EU/Swiss citizenship or valid work authorization required.
