If so, join us as a Customer Service Order Management Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract) , located in Milano, Italy , where you will manage and support the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high service quality. You will act as a key link between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of customer order processing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution throughout the entire lifecycle Review and validate quotation offers to ensure they are both commercially and technically correct before order placement Provide excellent customer suppor t via telephone and email, meeting defined service levels and performance targets Understand and interpret customer requirements, including technical and commercial aspects, to support project success Generate and manage technical and commercial information to support order execution and customer needs Process spare parts and custom product requests , coordinating closely with factories, suppliers, and internal teams Collaborate with sales, quotation, lighting design, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey Approve commercial offers within defined business guidelines and ensure compliance with internal standards Continuously contribute to improving processes and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Skills & Experience

You have up to three years of experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar customer-facing role You have a background in business administration, electrical engineering, or a related field You show strong administrative and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail You have experience working with ERP systems , ideally SAP, and you are comfortable using MS Office tools You have experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce (a plus) You show a good understanding of lighting products, electrical solutions, or technical environments (advantageous) You demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical and commercial concepts clearly You are customer-oriented with a collaborative and solution-driven mindset You are able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment Ability to communicate clearly in Italian and English
