Do you like working independently, taking ownership, and making sure things get done the right way? In this role, you'll handle second-level support for lighting control systems, look into customer claims, and find practical, smart solutions. You'll also be part of improving our tools and processes by sharing your insights and experience. Responsibilities Technical second level support for wired and wireless lighting control systems and software tools Understanding customer requirements and working out solutions for the customer Creation and realisation of online and presence training courses for customers, partners and employees Contributing the customer perspective and customer requirements into product specifications Collaboration with PM and R&D in development projects Definition and execution of user acceptance testing Creating technical product documentations for external and internal use Evaluation of product changes Skills & Experience We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the requirements.
