As a Key Account Manager for Tridonic based in Sydney or Brisbane , you will drive business growth by achieving financial targets, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across Australia. You will identify and engage potential customers, promote Tridonic’s innovative lighting solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Responsibilities
Achieve Financial Targets: Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue goals, while consistently securing market share objectives in the region. Customer Identification: Proactively identify and nurture potential customers for Tridonic products, creating new business opportunities within the market. Promotion & Outreach: Lead and organize promotional activities to increase visibility and awareness of Tridonic’s products, elevating the brand in the regional market. Relationship Development : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with System Integrators, System Partners, and other key stakeholders to initiate and expand commercial activities. Competitor and Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors, identifying key strengths and weaknesses. Develop strategic plans to outmaneuver competitors, and collaborate with the Italian Managing Director to align internal strategies. Strategic Marketing Recommendations: Suggest marketing actions and campaigns to differentiate Tridonic, strengthen brand positioning, and drive sustainable growth in the market. Innovation & Collaboration: Contribute fresh ideas for new applications, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues to foster innovation and drive collaborative success.
Skills & Experience

Extensive Sales Experience : Proven track record in sales, with a focus on technical and complex product offerings. Technical Expertise & Interest : Strong passion for lighting technology, with the ability to communicate its value through technical presentations and demonstrations. Exceptional Communication Skills : Proficient in English and skilled in navigating intercultural dynamics, building relationships, and presenting complex ideas clearly. Achieved Financial Success : A history of consistently meeting and surpassing financial objectives and sales targets. Networked Industry Professional : A well-established network in the lighting and/or systems integration industry, helping to drive business development. Creative & Innovative Thinker : Flexibility and creativity in finding solutions to complex challenges, with the ability to think outside the box to create new business opportunities. Competence with Tools : Experienced in CRM and SAP systems, utilizing these tools to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
