In this role, you’ll ensure timely availability of key materials, manage supplier communication, monitor inventory levels, and keep our SAP system up to date. Your work will directly support production efficiency and supply chain stability. If you enjoy working cross-functionally, solving challenges, and driving smooth procurement processes—this role is for you!
Responsibilities
Based on disposition lists, executing orders in SAP and ensuring timely availability of assigned product groups (one product group will be PCBs; additional groups will be defined). Monitoring incoming orders and sending reminders to suppliers when necessary. Reviewing stock levels and defining appropriate measures to achieve agreed inventory targets. Ensuring timely processing of blocked invoice items. Maintaining master data and participating in various projects (introduction/discontinuation phase, demand planning, etc.). Creating and sharing forecasts with suppliers.
Skills & Experience

Commercial education or similar professional experience, ideally from a manufacturing industrial company. Very good written and spoken English skills (knowledge of German would be an advantage) Experience in working with, coordinating, and organizing within an ERP system – SAP knowledge is a plus Ability to work productively under stress Efficient and proactive working style, excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team Willingness to work in an international and dynamic environment and to quickly adapt
