Responsibilities Responsible for developing and optimizing product data management strategies within the PIM system Accountability for managing and ensuring accuracy, consistency and completeness of data across various sales and marketing channels, as well as monitoring the bigger picture of the overall system framework Development of PIM strategies: Defining and implementing best practices for product data management Data management: Establishing rules for data quality, standardization and compliance Integration management: Ensuring seamless integration between PIM systems and ERP, CRM, DAM and eCommerce platforms Data optimization: Improving product data structures, classifications and taxonomies for better searchability and usability Analytics and insights: Using data analytics to optimize product information and improve business decisions Cooperation: Work with marketing, sales, IT and supply chain teams to ensure a unified approach to product data management Network construction: Building a network with all involved and consulted parties Handling software tools: Handling different software tools and understanding the interdependencies within the complex of the tool landscape, especially regarding the new PIMcore and the old PDB Informing: Informing about norms, requirements, different stakeholders and relevant international/national regulations Participation in projects: Represents part of a larger project team within data maintenance/IT system implementation projects Carrying out other tasks at the behest of superiors Skills & Experience We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the requirements. University degree (VI-VII degree) At least 5 years of work experience in related positions (data management, data handling, process management) Advanced knowledge of data creation / management Experience in working with PIM platforms (eg Akeneo, Salsify, Pimcore, inRiver) Knowledge of data modeling and taxonomies: effectively structuring product information Knowledge of integrations and APIs: understanding how PIM connects to other company systems Knowledge of analytics and reporting: advanced skills using data analysis tools (eg Power BI, Tableau) Knowledge of project management Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English Resilience and resourcefulness, integrity and communication skills Conflict resolution and mediation skills What we offer Temporary position A truly international team - work with colleagues from different countries and cultures!
