With the aim of improving internal & external customer satisfaction, you will manage continuous improvement projects with high visibility and high impact, focusing on product and process improvements.
Responsibilities
Addresses escalated customer issues, driving the continuous improvement cycle Drives, directs, and motivates the project teams during planning and execution as well as managing the different projects through completion. Internal quality projects shall also be managed by the GQ Project Manager. Assume responsibility for major continuous improvement with high visibility and larger implications to the ZG P&L through full resolution of the problem. Identify issue resolution options and impact; develop a recommendation for the best course of action and assume responsibility for the execution. Take ownership for internal quality projects that might result from larger customer incidents and work with the organization on improvement projects and changes to prevent reoccurrences. Report on project progress and milestones, including set-up of agendas and minutes for project team meetings. Driving communications and follow-through on project meetings through cross functional teams
Skills & Experience
You have a higher degree (Bachelor, Master) in engineering, project & process management, or a comparable discipline. You have several years of relevant working experience, ideally in an international and technical environment Excellent understanding of the processes and requirements management You feel comfortable managing projects on tight timelines and under high customer visibility. Ready for business travels or visits to our HQ in Austria
