As a key role, you will steer our sales strategy, manage regional partners and expand our network of architects, lighting designers and engineers in a targeted manner. Responsibilities
You run the West Coast: Literally! You’ll own sales across the region, from vision to execution. You lead and manage all sales activities, independently and remotely. You launch what’s next: From innovative lighting tech to design-forward campaigns — you bring it to market. You build your network: Lighting designers. Architects. Engineers. You’re in the room, making real connections. You go beyond selling: National accounts? Strategic thinking? Cross-team collabs? You’re there. You travel: 65% on the road — from big cities to bright ideas.
Skills & Experience
We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the requirements. Your motivation and potential matter more than perfection. You live in California. You’ve got fire — and experiences in lighting sales , OR you’re a bold newcomer with deep knowledge in lighting design, marketing, or architecture. You’ve got project management energy and maybe even some electrical savvy. You’re fluent in Office 365 (and maybe Canva, ChatGPT or other creative tools). Self-starter – you don’t wait to be told. Smart communicator – you read the room, build the vibe.
