Partnering closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders, you’ll bring a strategic, data-driven approach to recruiting while embracing innovative tools and AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities You manage the entire recruitment process – from initial requirements to closing the position in alignment with the HR BP team. With targeted and creative strategies, you attract top professionals and leadership talent. As a strategic sparring partner, you collaborate closely with stakeholders and decision-makers across all levels. You analyze relevant KPIs, derive actionable measures and continuously improve our processes. Modern tools, platforms, and AI-powered technologies are part of your daily toolkit for sourcing and engagement. You actively contribute to employer branding projects and enhance Zumtobel Group’s visibility as an attractive employer. You stay ahead of market trends, spot new developments early, and integrate innovative approaches into our recruiting strategy.
