Then come and join our global team as: Customer operations m/f/x Location Athens Your responsibilities: Act as CRM Key User for the Mediterranean market, ensuring data maintenance, compliance, process optimization and training. Handle CRM data reporting and support marketing activities with CRM insights. Process direct shipment orders and maintain order tracking in CRM. Provide operational support for Academy, Marketing, Professional Services and finance teams. Assist the Head of Mediterranean Market in customer-oriented processes. Manage the ordering and logistics of exhibition materials, tools, and training equipment. Oversee inventory management Perform various administrative and organizational tasks while ensuring compliance with company policies and processes. Your qualifications: Languages: English (C1 level or higher) and Greek (native). Previous experience as an assistant; any experience in sales is a plus. School graduation, work experience related to position are adequate. Strong affinity for IT systems and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge in tool “Salesforce” is an advantage. Proactive, hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented mindset. No travelling required.
