By joining our team as Product Manager – Trading Goods , located in Nis , you will be responsible for managing a global portfolio of third-party branded luminaires, aligning product offerings with our company’s growth and sustainability strategy. You will lead supplier selection, product validation, and lifecycle management, collaborating with sales, R&D, quality, and purchasing to support a competitive and profitable lighting portfolio. Responsibilities
Lead the selection, creation, enhancement, and lifecycle management of a portfolio of Trading Goods (indoor and outdoor luminaires). Identify market opportunities and risks, define product strategy and roadmap, and ensure alignment with sales and brand objectives. Scout, qualify, and validate suppliers; manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality and business standards. Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Quality, and R&D to support product launches, validations, and portfolio updates. Maintain and update the e-catalog, enabling sales teams to select and order products efficiently. Monitor portfolio performance, analyze market and competitor trends, and drive decisions for product and supplier development. Support sales with product positioning, marketing plans, and product training. Manage P&L for the assigned product line, ensuring profitability and growth targets are met.
Skills & Experience

You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. You have several years of experience in product management, ideally within lighting, electrical, or related industries. You have proven experience managing product portfolios, supplier relationships, and cross-functional projects. You have strong analytical skills and understanding of market and customer requirements. You are familiar with SAP or similar ERP systems and digital catalog management. You have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment. You have excellent proficiency in English language. German language knowledge would be considered as an advantage.
